He began his culinary journey in St. Louis, Missouri, where early family meals sparked a lifelong commitment. Chef Mahoney has held senior leadership roles in nationally recognized properties, including serving as Executive Chef at Magee Homestead. His culinary philosophy centers on celebrating terroir, craftsmanship, and culinary storytelling.
